THE BRITISH gran who wed her 36-year-old Egyptian toyboy lover has opened up about their unconventional relationship, revealing that he happily cuts her toenails for her and is her "best sex ever".
Iris Jones, 81, from Somerset, married Mohamed Ahmed Ibriham in November last year, after meeting him on Facebook in 2019.
She flew to Egypt so the pair could finally meet in person and tie the knot and since then, the loved-up gran has regularly been expressing her love for her man.
In a new Facebook post, Iris revealed what "love" means to her, while giving those invested in the couple's relationship a real insight into just how smitten she is with her toyboy lover.
She gushed: "LOVE is… when the one you love cuts your toe nails. LOVE is…when the one you love carries you up two flights of stairs when the lift has broken down.
"LOVE is… when the one you love spends hours looking for the phone you left in an Uber taxi. ( needle in a haystack) scenario! LOVE is…when [the] one you love sleeps on a hospital floor, and refuses to leave you while you recover from a fall."
Iris went on: "LOVE is putting up with my temper when I complained about the heat in Egypt! The heat was relentless and so was my complaining!! I love you for everything you are and continue to be, Mohamed.
"Your patience, your understanding, your resolve, your care and your attention to this sometimes, bad-tempered virago of a wife, who loves you to distraction. Thank you for being you and for loving me."
Mohamed left an equally-gushy comment and wrote underneath Iris' post: "Sweetie, I am unable to respond to this great talk."
Showing him who wears the trousers, Iris replied: "I know you are a man of a few words, but in this instance, 'silence is not golden'."
Her post comes after Iris left This Morning's Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in stitches when she appeared on the show in January last year and got very graphic about her sex life with Mohamed.
Opening up about the first time they hit the bedroom, Iris revealed: "It was pretty rough. We used a whole tube of KY Jelly.
"The thing is, I couldn't walk the next day. I felt as if I'd been riding a horse. Saddle-sore wasn't even it. Anyway, we got over it."
Former cleaner Iris divorced from her ex-husband four decades ago, who she shares two sons with.
Her boys originally had their reservations about her new relationship, but Iris has since revealed that they are now on board.
Despite remarrying, Iris has been forced apart from husband Mohamed as he is struggling to secure a spousal visa to live in the UK with her.
Unsure when they will be reunited, Iris told Metro that she is desperate for her man to join her and it's been difficult for the pair being apart, as she feels "skint and alone".
"I get days when I’m alright and other days when I’m just crying all the time," she told the publication.
"I’m separated from someone I love, it’s so hard. I haven’t got time on my side, his lawyers know that."
Mohamed, meanwhile, seems just as smitten with Iris – who is 45 years his senior – and insists he feels "lucky" to have found her.
He previously told Daily Mail: "I was very nervous but the moment I laid eyes on her I knew that it was true love. I’m a very lucky man to have found a woman like this."
