Amy Hart has opened up on her struggles with anxiety, revealing she's seeking the help of a psychiatrist to overcome it.
The 26 year old, who recently showed off her stunning home with views of the city, spoke exclusively to OK! Online about her recent battle with anxiety.
Last week, Amy told her 1.3 million followers that she had shed "lots of tears," and explained that her "jaw is hurting from all the stress". And, the Celebs Go Dating star has since told us that everything got a "bit much" for her in a brave chat.

She explained: "Lots happened in that week and I just – everything just got a bit much and it all came back to my anxiety and it effected my food and my eating and stuff."
But, when she realised it was having a big impact on her mental wellbeing, she decided to seek professional help.
Amy, who recently flaunted her incredible figure in a lingerie snap, said: "I spoke to my psychiatrist, because I had appointments here and there and spoke to my Celebs Go Dating psychiatrist as well for a post-series chat.
"But I thought: ‘you know, actually I might need to take control of the situation’. So we booked sessions for the next four weeks.
"I need to be going every week because otherwise I’ll get into the same situation I was in last week."
Discussing what she hopes will happen during the sessions, she said: "We’re going to really crack why I am the way I am and why I have so much anxiety."
While the blonde-beauty might feel the need to work on her anxiety, one thing she's learned to develop in recent times is her confidence.
After working with Celebs Go Dating coaches Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson, Amy said she's managed to "overcome a lot".
She said: "I had the lowest self-confidence that anyone’s had in the agency. It [Celebs Go Dating] was a lot more than dating, because the agents helped me overcome a lot."

It comes after Amy said her experience with Curtis Pritchard on Love Island knocked her confidence in a recent interview with new! magazine.
She explained: "When I came out I was in a really bad way. It was really hard because I was doing all these TV shows and people were saying I’m a strong woman and I was actually just really heartbroken.
"But I’m fine now," she added.
