Arabella Chi has revealed she's been the target of online trolls for over 10 years.
The 28 year old, who found fame on the hit ITV dating show Love Island, spoke exclusively to OK! Online about her experience with negative comments.
Arabella, who recently enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the Maldives with boyfriend Wes Nelson, explained that she's received negative and unwarranted comments from the public since she started her career in modelling over 10 years ago.

She explained: "Obviously, when I came out of the villa I had quite a lot of negativity, people had quite a lot of hate. Even now I still have quite a lot of hate, but unfortunately it’s those trolls, it’s those keyboard warriors…
"For me, I think luckily because I’ve been in the industry for so long – I’ve been modelling for over 10 years – I’ve always been judged."
The blonde beauty went on to say that she's actually become quite accustomed to the comments after all these years as she said: "I’ve been judged for so long in my career that in a kind of sad way I’m kind of used to it."
Arabella, whose boyfriend Wes Nelson recently admitted to having plans to marry her, said the comments never left her feeling overwhelmed or anxious though.
She continued: "I wouldn’t say I ever became overwhelmed. If anything I’d say it affected my family more than it affected me.
"I remember before I went in [to the Love Island villa] I told them, you know, ‘don’t read what people say, everyone’s going to have their own opinion, everyone’s gonna have their own judgement.’" [sic]
Speaking on how she's managed to deal with the "hate", Arabella explained that she's developed a thick skin against it.
She said: "You have to rise above it and be thick skinned. They’re the ones who are the issue, not you."
But that's not her only method with dealing with online trolls as she also uses exercises as a form of stress-relief.
"Exercise is literally my therapy," she said, adding: "I just love it, it’s my relaxation time."
