Holly Willoughby took to her Instagram page to share a cute snap of her son Chester on his seventh birthday.

It's rare that the This Morning host posts photos of her children, but she couldn't resist on Wednesday as her youngest child turned a year older.

Holly, 40, shared a sweet message alongside the photo of Chester drawing a love heart in the sand, as he wore a white T-shirt and a cream cap.

She wrote: "Happy birthday beautiful boy… We love you Chester #lucky7", along with a red heart emoji.

The star shares Chester and her two other children, Harry, 12, and Belle, 10, with husband Dan Baldwin, who she tied the knot with back in 2007.

Holly also wished Chester a happy birthday during Wednesday's This Morning.

During their regular 'Spin to Win' game, where she and Phillip Schofield ring members of the public to win a cash prize, Holly gave her son a birthday shout out.

As she was dancing to the music she said: "Happy birthday Chester, it's his birthday today."

Phillip then asked if he was seven and Holly confirmed it by saying: "Seven today."

Holly recently announced that she has launched a lifestyle brand called Wylde Moon which experts predict could make £1million a year.

She has been working on a podcast for the brand and posted on her Instagram to encourage fans to have a listen to the first instalment with Girls star Lena Dunham, 35.

Every month, Holly goes through the life of her guest using the unique energy of each moon phase as their guide in her By The Light of the Moon podcast.

Alongside a photograph of herself, Holly wrote: "Tea first… then I'm going to get to work on the next By the light of the Moon Podcast…

"Another incredible guest next month… researching them has been a joy… so much lovely feedback about @lenadunham this month also… so thank you!!!

"If you haven't listened yet head over to @wyldemoon and follow or find the link to the website on the link in my bio… happy Friday!"

In this episode, the pair spoke openly about the actress' upbringing, as well as her path in finding fame in her twenties and the struggles she faced.

Meanwhile, Thursday's This Morning programme was different to usual as Holly and Phillip headed to the This Morning forest to present from there instead of the usual London studio.

Holly was stylish as always but also appropriately dressed for the environment as she donned jeans, a jumper, a quilted jacket, boots and a hat.
