Gordon Ramsay’s model daughter Holly has splashed out £800,000 on a garden flat and it is just a stone's throw away from the family home she grew up in, it is claimed.
Holly, 21, and her dad were allegedly seen loading furniture into a van earlier days before she moved it to her new south London pad.
Her swanky new home is believed to have two bedrooms, a plush garden, two bathrooms and a bright living room.
Her parents were seen moving her gear into the new pad by a resident of the street, it is reported.
Holly got a great deal on her home – managing to bag it for five grand less than the asking price, it is believed.
It looks like the previous owners handed Holly their old patio furniture for free.
There was reportedly extensive building work before Holly, who has a twin brother, Jack, moved in according to locals.
One told The Sun: “It looked like they’re doing lots of renovations.”
Holly is rumoured to be making an appearance on Love Island villa later this summer.

The bombshell, who studies fashion at Ravensbourne Uni, discussed Instagram and social media in a candid chat with model Sophie Culpo in the latest episode of her weekly podcast.
She admitted that, until six months ago, she was asking her parents for their thoughts before she posted any photos on her Instagram profile.
She said: "It's definitely a scary thing. Up until literally about six months ago I would always ask my parents before I would post on Instagram.
"For 95% of my posts I would ask them 'What do you think of this?', obviously if it was a bikini picture or a revealing picture my parents would be like 'Oh, maybe let's lay off that one', or 'Why don't you post a family photo?', or 'Why do you always have to be pouting?'"
Holly added: "I would be like 'Guys, I'm just trying to fit in!"
