A man has set out to become the ‘most attractive version’ of himself by overhauling his diet, wardrobe, grooming habits, and finances over the course of two months.
Max Beaumont, 23, from Connecticut, has been documenting his social experiment on TikTok with videos highlighting each area of his life that he has decided to transform for the better.
‘I haven’t liked the way I’ve looked recently, and I haven’t liked the way I’ve felt. It feels like every morning I wake up there is another pound on the scale,’ he explains in his first clip, which was published on May 30.

‘So for the next eight weeks, I am going to try something that I’ve wanted to try for a very long time. I am going to try to become the most attractive version of myself.’
While Max is interested in losing weight and getting his shape, the changes he wants to make aren’t just physical. He hopes to better himself in every way he can, including becoming more educated and organized.
In each of his videos, Max details an aspect of his life that he is trying to improve and how he will go about it based on his research.
The first thing he tries to take on is his acne, which he admits he has spent most of his life ignoring because he assumed he would grow out of it.
For the next eight weeks, he will be cleansing, moisturizing, and exfoliating his skin in an attempt to rid himself of breakouts. In the meantime, he has been experimenting with makeup to cover up the pesky spots.
Max weighed 203 pounds when he started the experiment, and his goal is to lose one pound each week.
After doing a large amount of research, he realized the only way to do that is by monitoring his diet. He is now tracking his calories and his macronutrients.
To reach his weight-loss goal, he is eating 1,960 calories per day with 40 per cent of his calories coming from protein, 30 per cent from fat, and 30 per cent from carbohydrates.
Typically, he will have three eggs, two slices of bacon, and coffee with milk for breakfast, while the rest of his meals are fairly similar.
