Coronation Street 's Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew) has been sickening viewers with his vile behaviour towards his wife Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King).
The Coronation Street cast member has been emotionally abusing her, and also gaining control over every aspect of her life so she can't escape him.
While people around them have started to notice how much Yasmeen's behaviour has changed since she married Geoff, no one has yet discovered the severity of what he is doing.
But fans are desperate for Yasmeen to finally realise what her husband is doing to her, as she seems to finally understand that she is being abused, as last night he killed her beloved chicken Charlotte.
Yasmeen was devastated when Geoff secretly killed her chicken and served it up to her, tricking her into eating her beloved pet before he revealed the sick truth.

Has she finally realised that she is being abused?
And it looks like the pair could end up splitting as she finally escapes his control but finding a way to end their marriage.
According to Tombola research, which has been exclusively shared with Daily Star Online, Corrie is the soap with the highest number of marriages ending due to being dissolved, annulment, or invalidity.
12% of Weatherfield marriages have ended in that unusual way, much higher than Emmerdale with 7% and EastEnders with 6%.

That means whopping 13 marriages on the cobbles have been void, while there has been only five for Emmedale and four for EastEnders.
As the pair got married in Las Vegas and wasn't seen on camera, could Yasmeen manage to find a way that proves that their marriage is invalid?
A marriage can be annulled if a person can prove that they have been forced or coerced into it, which she may be able to do if Geoff's abuse is exposed.
