Kate Humble calls Animal Park co-star Ben Fogle ‘old and incontinent’ in cheeky jibe

Animal Park: Kate jokes that Ben is ‘old and incontinent’

While Animal Park is currently not airing new episodes, the BBC treated fans to a repeat showing of the Summer Special from 2019. In the opening minutes of the instalment, Ben and Kate jibed with one another as they expressed their excitement to get into the park.

With Kate in the driving seat, Ben sighed: “Are we nearly there?”

“Yes we’ll be there in a few minutes, stop moaning!” Kate snapped back.

Ben complained: “Hurry up, I can’t wait,” leaving Kate unimpressed.

“You’ve only just been!” she laughed at her co-host as Ben replied: “No, I can’t wait to get there.”

Kate jibed: “Oh, I thought you were just old and incontinent!”

As they approached the Animal Park, she exclaimed: “Look! I can see the barriers,” as they excitedly whooped.

In the Summer Special, Ben and Kate were preparing to welcome some new VIPs to the park.

The synopsis revealed: “Five southern koalas were set to become the very first of their kind in Europe.

“But this groundbreaking mission, more than two years in the planning, was fraught with difficulties.

“Koalas have never been flown this far in just one leg. Would they survive the epic 15,000km journey?

“They’re notoriously fussy eaters so has the team picked the correct types out of hundreds of varieties of eucalyptus?

“If the famous five turn their noses up, the park is in trouble.”
