An NYPD officer was stabbed in the neck by a suspect inside her Brooklyn home on Wednesday, sources said.
The cop was attacked after responding to a Sunset Park address on Sixth Avenue near 53rd Street for a call of an emotionally disturbed person at about 4 p.m., police sources said.
Before the confrontion, officers were trying to take the suspect — identified by sources as 29-year-old Marielee Jiminez — to the hospital.
Video obtained by The Post shows the moment Jiminez allegedly swings a serrated steak knife at one of the cops.
The officer who was stabbed was hospitalized with a laceration to his neck.
Jiminez was arrested and charged with assault on a police officer, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and resisting arrest.
She has a prior menacing bust, sources said.
